Fixed prices from the start
The regular processing time is up to five business days from the permitted start of processing and the complete receipt of all information and documents required for processing. If we have follow-up questions, the processing period only begins once the missing details are complete. Processing may start after the order has been accepted and, where applicable, payment has been received; without your express request for immediate processing only after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Express (24 hours) is only possible together with immediate processing.
Classification by clear criteria
You don't guess — the scope decides.
The right package follows from the type of service, number of pages, number of documents, desired result and deadline. If the material does not match the selected package, we reclassify before processing — any price difference is only charged after your approval.
