Small standard jobs are billed on completion. For larger, custom jobs a deposit may be required.

How to order
Fixed-price services are ordered directly online. Payment is made in the final step via the payment provider Stripe; processing starts only once payment has been confirmed.

Amtwort services are available to customers residing in Austria, Germany or Switzerland.
Country of residence: Required. Your country of residence is needed so that the applicable country-specific contractual and consumer information can later be applied.
The website language is independent from your country of residence. German, Hungarian and English are interface languages only.
Express processing
Processing within 24 hours: +50 %
Particularly short-notice processing: +100 %, only by individual arrangement and subject to availability.
The regular processing time is up to five business days from the permitted start of processing and the complete receipt of all information and documents required for processing. If we have follow-up questions, the processing period only begins once the missing details are complete. Processing may start after the order has been accepted and, where applicable, payment has been received; without your express request for immediate processing only after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Express (24 hours) is only possible together with immediate processing.
