Claim report: parked car damaged abroad
The situation
Mr Bauer (fictional) parked his car in an underground garage in Bolzano on 8 March 2026. On his return the driver's side was scratched and the wing mirror torn off; no other party is known. A garage in Innsbruck issued a repair estimate of €2,480. He wants to report the damage completely and in a structured way and receive a claim number.
